weigh in day - late - and up.

well, this weekend was difficult at best.  But the good news is that I'm over it.  209.2 and starting fresh today.  I'll talk more about it later.  I didn't dive in head first - but given the gain, I did make several less than stellar choices.  But better than in the past.  The journey is not over, the chaise lounge awaits me!

Weekends were the thing I had the hardest time getting a handle on. I could breeze through the week in a steady routine, but always seemed to jump the tracks come Friday night.

I finally realized that it was stalling out any chance I had to make a serious run at dropping the weight. If you're gonna cheat for two days, then spend two or three days undoing the damage, it doesn't leave much of the week to get any good work done.

I finally was able to change the way I view weekends. Now they're an opportunity to plan for the week ahead and even sneak in an extra workout or two.

Keeping weekends in check will pay off big on the scale!

Jack is right. I have been using weekends as my jump the tracks days and they just suck on MOnday trying to undo the damage. You just end up losing the same 3 lbs every week.
